I Think I Can – Canning Group!
I Think I Can is a Morgan County Extension Facebook Canning group. Sydney uses this Facebook page to share research-based food preservation information. Members have access to the material at any time and can visit topics they choose. The topics that will be included in the group includes: Waterbath Canning, Pressure Canning, Drying, Fermenting, and more! The group will also be used to share up-to-date information as well as recipes with those who are members. To become a member, click here!
Canning College
Canning College offers the latest safe-canning recommendations for jams and jellies, pickled foods or fermentation, fruits, vegetables and meat processes. This is a hands on 3 session class that will take place in May and June 2023. There is a fee for the class to cover course materials!
